Guarantee of service delivery:
 At Wecobest, we are committed to protecting your rights and ensuring that the service you purchased is delivered to you for a period of 10 days after receipt as long as the agreement with the seller occurred within the site and did not violate any of the terms of use or warranty. In the event of a dispute between the parties, you can contact us through the help center, noting that the decision in this case is binding on both parties.

Request for personal identification documents:
We may occasionally request that the user authenticate their account with personal identification documents. This procedure is routine, and we may request it from all users on the site to create a secure working environment. 

Processing fees:
A processing fee of 7 %  is deducted from the buyer for each purchase. These fees cover the cost of the electronic payment gateways used by the buyer when conducting payment transactions.

Refund:
After canceling your order and if you do not wish to purchase any other services, you can request a refund of the amount you paid to your PayPal account or Payoneer account by contacting us through wecobest help center. The refund process is subject to several conditions, including:

The balance can be returned within a maximum of 160 days from the date of shipment, if the shipping method provides an option for return.
Amounts are refunded exclusively to the payment method used and cannot be returned to any other account or card.
Therefore, we ask you to confirm the payment method you intend to use before making the payment and then contact us through the help center if you wish to request a refund.

Reasons for account suspension:
Wecobest reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the buyer’s account if it is used in illegal ways. Examples of such uses include:

Using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
Offering to pay the seller outside of the wecobest website.
Requesting services that violate the terms of use.

Protection of Rights

Adhering to the terms of use of the website and the guarantee page helps in ensuring your right to receive profits from services you have executed. In case of any dispute between you and the buyer, you can contact the support team for assistance, considering that the verdict will be binding for both parties.

Account Verification

To ensure a trustworthy work environment for all users and prevent fraud, we may request that the seller verifies their account by uploading a personal identification photo. This procedure is mandatory in the event of a request for verification.

Website Commission

The website deducts a commission of 17 % from the profits earned by the seller . The seller must specify the service price from the beginning, taking the commission into account. The seller is not allowed to charge the commission to the buyer, negotiate it, or avoid paying it in any other way.

Prohibited Services

All services on wecobest are allowed, except services that contain any form of fraud, deception, or do not provide any real benefit to the buyer, or cause harm to the website and users. Attempting to offer services that violate the terms of use may result in the suspension or complete suspension of the seller’s account. Some of these prohibited services include:

– Political and sectarian services, services that violate public laws and state regulations, or the terms of other related websites
– Spam, meaningless services, and services that mislead buyers
– Low-quality services
– Services that violate intellectual property rights
– Services that directly or indirectly harm wecobest or its users
– Services that lead to transactions and payment outside the wecobest platform
– One-time services, as we do not guarantee their validity for a long period
– Copied services completely from other sellers, which violates the rights of others
– Financial transfer services such as transferring money to a bank account or via Western Union, charging mobile balance or website credits, selling Visa cards or recharge cards, and services related to the exchange of digital currencies
– Forex services, pyramid and network marketing, and commission marketing services
– Unlawful electronic marketing services, such as attracting fake visitors, followers, or likes, or promoting content through spamming and exchange sites and servers. Also, services that rely on spam or exchange sites and servers, such as adding 100 fans, 100 comments, and so on. Note that the service will be deleted, and related orders will be canceled. The seller’s account may also be suspended if they fail to provide a report to the customer showing the results and the legitimate method they used to complete the service.
– Medical services as they may cause harm to the buyer.
– Services that require sensitive personal information for implementation, such as full information for credit cards or the buyer’s bank account. Providing this information to anyone may expose you to the risk of data theft or use in ways that may harm you. If the seller requests this information, please contact us directly through the help center.

Service Violations

We try to accept the services that are clear and far from ambiguity to avoid any misunderstandings or problems that may occur between the parties. Therefore, the service may be temporarily rejected, and a message is sent to the seller to specify the defects to enable them to modify them. Examples of these violations include:

– Undefined services, such as writing an article without specifying the number of words for the service price
– The seller asking the buyer to purchase the service more than once in exchange for the required work. Instead, the seller can add developments to the basic service at a reasonable price for each development they offer
– A service that violates the description period, such as offering an advertisement for a month. The completion period should be a month, and the delivery button should not be pressed until 10 days have passed. In services that require a longer period than a month, such as guest post or backlink services, select a one-month implementation period, but do not press the delivery button until the end of the entire month.
– Services that contain exaggerating phrases or temporary, unclear proposals in the title, such as “best service”, “exclusive offer”, “limited time offer,” or “gift.”
– Services that repeat the same description several times to fill the space
– Using special characters, symbols, decorations, and spaces in the service title, or exaggerating in the description
– Services that do not contain work samples. These samples allow the buyer to know the level and quality of work and the seller’s experience before purchasing.
– Writing text in the form of the service
– Adding a low-quality or non-compliant image or video to wecobest’s terms. Also, the service image or work samples should not contain a frame or logo of other companies or institutions such as government institutions, wecobest’s logo or others.
– Containing the service with communication methods or a request for them
– Forcing the buyer to communicate with the seller with private messages before purchasing. The communication option before purchasing is available optionally to the buyer.
– Waiting for 24 hours before delivering the service. To ensure your right as a seller and because some users may use PayPal accounts or stolen bank cards for payment, we recommend not starting to execute the service before 24 hours have passed since the buyer’s request. During this period, the support team checks the source of the profits, the methods of obtaining them, and the services delivered, provided that the seller verifies their account identity if it has not been verified previously.

Account Suspension Reasons

The account may be temporarily or permanently suspended if any of the following actions occur:

– Sending a request to receive the service or convincing the buyer to accept the receipt to obtain the service amount before completely executing it
– Offering services that the seller does not have expertise in or providing low-quality services and relying on automated programs in their execution. Such as selling or offering copied content, which is considered fraud and a violation of the rights of others
– Requesting communication or payment outside wecobest
– The seller negotiating the commission with the buyer or charging them, or avoiding paying it in any way
– The seller agreeing with a user to purchase their service for the sole purpose of evaluation. In this case, both accounts are suspended due to misleading buyers and the website
– Providing services for a long period (more than a month) is currently available on wecobest, provided that the seller agrees and provides the service completely during the agreed period without interruption or defect. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the immediate suspension of the account.
– Acting as an intermediary, in which case the seller receives requests from the buyer and executes them with another seller
– Canceling orders without a clear reason, noting that the seller can temporarily stop the service from the service status settings if they do not wish to receive new requests.
– Accepting the execution of services that violate the terms of use.

Suspended Account Earnings

Sellers can withdraw their earnings from their suspended accounts 15 days after the suspension. The period is subject to wecobest’s estimation, during which the support team checks the source of the profits, the methods of obtaining them, and the services delivered, provided that the seller verifies their account identity if it has not been verified previously.

The buyer of services on wecobest platform holds complete intellectual property and copyright rights, as well as authorship and publishing rights, unless clearly stated otherwise in the service description or prior to executing the service. The seller cannot impose additional rights on the service after starting or delivering it.

If a writer adds inappropriate content that violates wecobest’s terms of use, they will be prohibited from participating in the community for two days, and repeated violations would lead to permanent prohibition.

Violation of the terms of use on wecobest may result in temporary or permanent account freezing. Examples of illegal uses that lead to account suspension or freezing include, but are not limited to: trying to harm or slander the wecobest website, its users, or any other affiliated company in any way; changing one’s country of residence or using proxy or VPN services to change one’s real location, which hinders the user’s ownership rights. The user must specify their real location on their profile page; services offered by companies or teams, using one person for multiple accounts, or using the same payment and withdrawal method in multiple accounts; publishing private information that is not available to the user in text or images, such as messages between sellers and buyers within requests or communications with technical support, as this violates the site’s privacy policy for its users.

Furthermore, using private messages frivolously or disturbingly prior to making a purchase is not allowed, as messages are intended solely for inquiring about service details for purchasing.

Selling wecobest accounts is not permissible; should such an activity be discovered, the account will be instantly suspended and the balance within frozen to prevent any party from benefiting from it.

Impersonation or registering an account under false identity, gender, or uploading someone else’s profile picture, using public figure names or images, or using incorrect information when registering such as phone numbers, email addresses, website addresses, and names that are offensive is prohibited.

Developing or using software specifically for the wecobest platform, as well as automated account management and control through bots is not allowed. Advertising wecobest services or any other content provided on the platform through Google Adwords is also prohibited.

Using the site for political or sectarian purposes or slandering any Arab or Islamic country in any way is not allowed. Posting any content that violates Islamic Shariah or legal regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: deception, forgery, fraud, threatening or harassing individuals, companies, or groups, posting pornographic or sexual content, publishing viruses or spyware, and adding links to sites containing such violations.
